At my core, I am a water scientist and enjoy working on community-serving projects that contribute to environmental equity.

My research has been focused on understanding water quality and quantity in a deltaic landscapes, addressing community concerns, and developing sustainable monitoring methodologies. I have an interdisciplinary background that combines biology, chemistry, and geography to find the best solutions to water issues. I have also developed ecology and biostatistics coursework and educational materials for wide-ranging audiences.
